The GameChanger is a separate interior liner for any sleeping bag that you currently have.  It substantially increases the comfort level of any bag by adding 15°-20° or more of additional warmth while providing thermal neutral comfort. 
 
The GameChanger can also be used as a standalone blanket providing thermal neutral comfort from 30°F to 85°F  (-1°C to 30°C).  It self-dries during use, even in the rain.
